No launch window for GTA V on PC, Rockstar focusing on 360 and PS3 versons

Rockstar aren’t giving anything away, refusing to tell us when the PC version of Grand Theft Auto 5 will hit the shelves. Read on to see what Rockstar have said.

There are no details to share regarding the PC release of Grand Theft Auto V, Rockstar Games has told fans on its website.

Yesterday afternoon Rockstar announced a spring 2013 date for GTA V on Xbox 360 and PS3, but made no mention of the PC platform.

“Hey guys, glad to see so much enthusiasm about the release announcement. For those asking about the PC platform, we’re currently focused on the Xbox 360 and PS3 versions of the game and don’t have any details to share about a PC version at this time,” explained a Rockstar statement.

It’s likely at this point that they could be following the same plan they had for GTA IV, launching the PS3 and 360 versions in spring and following up with the PC version in the winter period. Only time will tell us what they are really doing, and we can’t wait to get our hands on a copy!
